Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dodge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Morse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sew product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dodge such as the MR94755LK spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MK4479 manufactured by Morse and we are pleased to be able to service most Morse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LP56 by Manufacturer Sew as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Textron Brand MH025A685W2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Eaton-kenway such as K96LP112 equipment made by Eaton-kenway have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eaton-kenway products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eaton-kenway" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HH224346NA made by Timken as well as the popular MC3RVST07 original spares produced by Sew
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LGTAB by Chesterton and K96LP112 spares by Eaton-kenway are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HVL1001931 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Foote.
