Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Yaskawa CACR-SR60BE12D-CY119 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Empire-Magnets parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Velconic product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the USASGM03AE20B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VSR32 manufactured by Empire-Magnets and we are pleased to be able to service most Empire-Magnets systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VLBSE04020C by Manufacturer Velconic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Kollmorgen Brand VFS5275001202601C020 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ultra-True such as UT0100050 equipment made by Ultra-True have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VM7037T by Baldor and UT0100050 spares by Ultra-True are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
