Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the NT20SST121V3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NSCA002 manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ST200CP05W by Manufacturer Yamatake as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Comark Brand PM1700 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Siemens such as S7414 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NoMainTag made by Fidia as well as the popular NT620CST141B original spares produced by Omron
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SPS2110AC2P by Total-Control and S7414 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
