We service and repair Unitronics USP and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Valmet products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vcb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Universal-Instruments-Ets product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Valmet such as the 2300FE46331540 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 15110 manufactured by Vcb and we are pleased to be able to service most Vcb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ETS540063002 by Manufacturer Universal-Instruments-Ets as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Varian Brand VPW271B2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vena-Engineering such as VX5500 equipment made by Vena-Engineering have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UCP100 by Up-Unipo and VX5500 spares by Vena-Engineering are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
