Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Trend IQ3XCITE/96/USA/UL/BAC/24 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Phd-Inc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Magtech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mitsubishi product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Phd-Inc such as the MA11RF5180X3KYDRDCD1D2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LTM200DG215 manufactured by Magtech and we are pleased to be able to service most Magtech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature J2Q03AD by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well.

Spare units by Yaskawa such as JANCDFC300B3 equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KDF12150300W1115 by Indramat and JANCDFC300B3 spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
