Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Trend IQ3XCITE/96/USA/UL/BAC/24 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Spectrum-Illumination products, including obsoleted and phased-out Halliburton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bonitron product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Spectrum-Illumination such as the LA112630 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MP48 manufactured by Halliburton and we are pleased to be able to service most Halliburton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M3575RH33BFC by Manufacturer Bonitron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Microswitch Brand JHAIM10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Westinghouse such as MORA4ABK equipment made by Westinghouse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Westinghouse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Westinghouse" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MBM200HS6B made by Fanuc as well as the popular MDX60A00755A3400 original spares produced by Allen-Bradley

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MB51P by Accurate and MORA4ABK spares by Westinghouse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
