Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D81722 manufactured by Tocco and we are pleased to be able to service most Tocco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LEDD3 by Manufacturer Thorlabs as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Thk Brand SKR33ACJ09012DMC30011 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tigear such as MR94627 equipment made by Tigear have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tigear products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tigear" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NA749 made by Timken as well as the popular NCB2032 original spares produced by Toko
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DS24Shaft by Thomson and MR94627 spares by Tigear are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
