Tea Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Tea NPN and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Tea NPN include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the NPN if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our NPN repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tach-pak products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tamura parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 T5-Orbacom product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tach-pak such as the 0756111111 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OLS12CACDC manufactured by Tamura and we are pleased to be able to service most Tamura systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A1709306 by Manufacturer T5-Orbacom as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Tamagawa Brand RT5XCII in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tb-Woods such as SS4A5D equipment made by Tb-Woods have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TACSIO4A by Takamaz and SS4A5D spares by Tb-Woods are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
