Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Takamura such as the K9005B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6248BP10821A manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 103H895828012 by Manufacturer Tajima as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Orbacom Brand R17093034 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Takk such as 3000XRS equipment made by Takk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Takk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Takk" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SW1C20050H02 made by Tb-Woods as well as the popular EF1C40030B original spares produced by Tb-Woods
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VFD055B43A1 by Syntron and 3000XRS spares by Takk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
