Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Taylor products, including obsoleted and phased-out T-And-D parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Takamura product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Taylor such as the IPTRANSDUCER spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RTR505wTCM3010 manufactured by T-And-D and we are pleased to be able to service most T-And-D systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature K6520KB by Manufacturer Takamura as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Tatung Brand TB3P42A56 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Oriental such as VextaA40419515NE equipment made by Oriental have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Oriental products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Oriental" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available V41A1 made by Syntron as well as the popular XP6532100378 original spares produced by Taktomat
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 403362 by Taiyo and VextaA40419515NE spares by Oriental are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
