Symax Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Symax RIM and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Symax RIM include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the RIM if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our RIM repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Taishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Takenaka parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Systems-Chemistry-Inc product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Taishi such as the VSG201805702 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TL5150UCL manufactured by Takenaka and we are pleased to be able to service most Takenaka systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 998500501 by Manufacturer Systems-Chemistry-Inc as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Tbi Brand TB46101060002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Syntron such as 160157L equipment made by Syntron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Syntron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Syntron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 40420200 made by Teledyne as well as the popular ATS46C14N original spares produced by Telemecanique
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3661500002 by Telephonics and 160157L spares by Syntron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
