Symax Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Symax RIM and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Symax RIM include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the RIM if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our RIM repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XXA18B1VM12 manufactured by Telemecanique and we are pleased to be able to service most Telemecanique systems and parts. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Systel Brand 9019 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tenta such as 3100000940 equipment made by Tenta have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GHM0050MD602R0 by Temposonics and 3100000940 spares by Tenta are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
