Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Star MSUA-05SC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sti products, including obsoleted and phased-out Statham parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Stenner-Pump product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sti such as the MS4328BRMS4328BXMS4300 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PM96TCD05350 manufactured by Statham and we are pleased to be able to service most Statham systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JLP10001PPL by Manufacturer Stenner-Pump as well.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MS4620350Q2X by Sti and 20251N spares by Starfire-Lighting are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
