Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Seiki 10-56-00-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Leach products, including obsoleted and phased-out Okuma parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Multilin product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Leach such as the TD8435S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PC1666A manufactured by Okuma and we are pleased to be able to service most Okuma systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SR469P5HIA20 by Manufacturer Multilin as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has National-Instruments Brand PXI6030E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Motion-Engineering such as PCXDSP10070011 equipment made by Motion-Engineering have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Motion-Engineering products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Motion-Engineering" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available P2HZ5 made by Pilz as well as the popular CW13IME94080438 original spares produced by Ime-Antivibr

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NZ1VZ2131EM by Euchner and PCXDSP10070011 spares by Motion-Engineering are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
