Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Seiki 10-56-00-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Keyence products, including obsoleted and phased-out Oak-Grigsby parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Pilz product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Keyence such as the T2DC11165210001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 553433111 manufactured by Oak-Grigsby and we are pleased to be able to service most Oak-Grigsby systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3S10 by Manufacturer Pilz as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Moog Brand SR8020 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Idec such as FC1AC1B4E equipment made by Idec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Idec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Idec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PC1663C made by Okuma as well as the popular MS24376D1 original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 30110611 by Pilz and FC1AC1B4E spares by Idec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CGB3879010M Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Potter.
