Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Semipower products, including obsoleted and phased-out Seiko parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Servo-Robot product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Semipower such as the ADM1003ECSWC00S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SKP2213 manufactured by Seiko and we are pleased to be able to service most Seiko systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SR9904MSP by Manufacturer Servo-Robot as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Seiki Brand SLDS3A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sel such as 203233X30XXXXX equipment made by Sel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sel" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SPC9501A made by Seidensha as well as the popular NCIFF316100100 original spares produced by Seiki
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NCD6737 by Seletex and 203233X30XXXXX spares by Sel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PFS3618TPD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens.
