Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PXM10 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Komatsu Brand KDP3640ECA21G in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Delta such as DOPA80THTD1 equipment made by Delta have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Delta products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Delta" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SM3M01045 made by Seil-Seres as well as the popular UT45000 original spares produced by Yokogawa
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PPC120TTS by Advantech and DOPA80THTD1 spares by Delta are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
