Reo Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Reo REOVIB and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Reo REOVIB include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the REOVIB if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our REOVIB repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Super-Vexta parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Saftronics product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the Y20061H00AAPN193515 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XG61005 manufactured by Super-Vexta and we are pleased to be able to service most Super-Vexta systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CIMRH22G2 by Manufacturer Saftronics as well.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XFC40030B by Tb and SST1500103 spares by Teknic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RBD2CT202 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sanyo.
