Puls Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Puls SLR02 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Puls SLR02 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the SLR02 if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pwa such as the PWA010702210001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 61014901 manufactured by Radisys and we are pleased to be able to service most Radisys systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 222025434 by Manufacturer Quipp as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Radio-energie Brand RE02201B0012CA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rm such as RLS67499P equipment made by Rm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rm" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IC693MDL655C made by Ge-Fanuc as well as the popular FCU1000 original spares produced by Pushcorp
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R2E220AB0812 by Allen-Bradley and RLS67499P spares by Rm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 923EJ1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Puma.
