Protetion Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Protetion MB1000 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Protetion MB1000 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the MB1000 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our MB1000 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader R--I such as the DuraGripGH30A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A2900561V565 manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 44B399270001 by Manufacturer Pwm50g as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Queensgate Brand CMLNLDMAS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Qsi such as T1049 equipment made by Qsi have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R42ADFT90L4 by Sew and T1049 spares by Qsi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
