Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Promess 1906901486 V2.1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pulsatrol products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sick parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Protech product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pulsatrol such as the MBC210A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the QLA07405066 manufactured by Sick and we are pleased to be able to service most Sick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PROXH827LF by Manufacturer Protech as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Siemens Brand QJ2B150 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Puma such as 7223C39 equipment made by Puma have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Puma products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Puma" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 40006A02 made by Pure-Flex as well as the popular TAPG17K215S original spares produced by Timken

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ST100 by Quaid-Technologies and 7223C39 spares by Puma are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
