Powace Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Powace 20mm and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Powace 20mm include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the 20mm if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our 20mm repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Proteck products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pro-Face parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Proface-Pro-face product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Proteck such as the SQ16A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KG038QV0BNG00 manufactured by Pro-Face and we are pleased to be able to service most Pro-Face systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 328000702 by Manufacturer Proface-Pro-face as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Quality-Import Brand WT3A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Primeline such as 6723 equipment made by Primeline have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Primeline products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Primeline" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 5105DFCMPDPS made by Prosoft as well as the popular GP77R original spares produced by Proface
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SC422 by Ps-Controller and 6723 spares by Primeline are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
