Positek Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Positek P204 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Positek P204 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the P204 if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Powell Brand A1B2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Powers such as 535200000D000 equipment made by Powers have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Powers products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Powers" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available JJ250 made by Powerpact as well as the popular PWB117040002 original spares produced by Prolog
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 33661106REVE by Precor and 535200000D000 spares by Powers are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
