Pertron Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Pertron TIM and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Pertron TIM include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the TIM if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our TIM repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Plastec such as the JET20SS4P spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MTSX1D manufactured by Port and we are pleased to be able to service most Port systems and parts. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Phoenix-Contact Brand MCRS1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pilz such as CP8EA16 equipment made by Pilz have been added to our featured items. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SCV65 by Phd and CP8EA16 spares by Pilz are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
