Pertron Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Pertron DATA and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Pertron DATA include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the DATA if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our DATA repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Piovan products, including obsoleted and phased-out Powertec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Picker product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Piovan such as the 25992758 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C0402N4CH014 manufactured by Powertec and we are pleased to be able to service most Powertec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 310154 by Manufacturer Picker as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Phoenix-Power-Systems Brand 0050005003SCR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Porcheson such as PS860AM equipment made by Porcheson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Porcheson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Porcheson" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available G2XDEAB2424 made by Precise-Automation as well as the popular SEB22x3 original spares produced by Phd
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RAS150X90EQ10 by Phd and PS860AM spares by Porcheson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LCD12073 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Philips.
