Oryx Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Oryx IMCS and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Oryx IMCS include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the IMCS if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our IMCS repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pepperl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Perceptron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Oryx product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pepperl such as the FL7M7J6HDZ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 91710145150095 manufactured by Perceptron and we are pleased to be able to service most Perceptron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IMCS by Manufacturer Oryx as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Pv Brand P100A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pasaban such as PG4232 equipment made by Pasaban have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UZH100 by Panasonic and PG4232 spares by Pasaban are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
