Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Okuma VAC-YMM30/22R-082W-R1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Varvel products, including obsoleted and phased-out Versa-Logic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Valcom product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Varvel such as the MVR071120B3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VL4863 manufactured by Versa-Logic and we are pleased to be able to service most Versa-Logic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VSCPU40 by Manufacturer Valcom as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Veris Brand AMP1H5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vatech such as 0J2KT1227100040 equipment made by Vatech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vatech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vatech" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 713251000 made by Veeder-Root as well as the popular VC130A original spares produced by Vacon

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 90430RI by Van-Dorn and 0J2KT1227100040 spares by Vatech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 960023 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vero.
