Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Okuma BL MC-50J-20TB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Danaher products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leeson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sm-beier product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Danaher such as the AKM53GANC2200 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A4T17DJ10BP manufactured by Leeson and we are pleased to be able to service most Leeson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AY2 by Manufacturer Sm-beier as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Lafert Brand AF100LS4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sumitomo such as ANFXP35F7XL315 equipment made by Sumitomo have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AT80A6B305HPDCBRAKE by Neri and ANFXP35F7XL315 spares by Sumitomo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
