Motion Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Motion PCI and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Motion PCI include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the PCI if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our PCI repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mtl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mti parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Nematron product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mtl such as the RA1G25615PB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 81349125 manufactured by Mti and we are pleased to be able to service most Mti systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IPC1500TI54GB160SSXP by Manufacturer Nematron as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Msi Brand UC02 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by National-Instruments such as 74586201 equipment made by National-Instruments have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire National-Instruments products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "National-Instruments" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HES202MHCP made by Nemicon as well as the popular SSP30S original spares produced by Nb
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SFWS24X24FS102 by Nb and 74586201 spares by National-Instruments are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
