Morse Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Morse FI30 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Morse FI30 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the FI30 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our FI30 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Grove products, including obsoleted and phased-out Foote-jones parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dodge product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Grove such as the GRGHM82180H5616 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HYPDV70 manufactured by Foote-jones and we are pleased to be able to service most Foote-jones systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HB882LN210TC by Manufacturer Dodge as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Fenner Brand L01C20 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Shinko such as JEP10 equipment made by Shinko have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HMQ224101438 by Grove and JEP10 spares by Shinko are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Jones Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Foote.
