Met-fab Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Met-fab LHC-01 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Met-fab LHC-01 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the LHC-01 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our LHC-01 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Micromatik Brand 390M0225R03 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Milltronics such as ML121QTCENV equipment made by Milltronics have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the N561ABZ by Metropolitan-Lighting and ML121QTCENV spares by Milltronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
