We service and repair Melec D-701 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Melec D-701 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the D-701 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our D-701 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Metropolitan-Lighting such as the N6235355 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4500 manufactured by Mettler-Toldeo and we are pleased to be able to service most Mettler-Toldeo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 11NCM005 by Manufacturer Melles-Griot as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Micro-epsilon Brand DT110TS1MC3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Micropaq such as CSD410N equipment made by Micropaq have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CMF025H521NU by Micro-Motion and CSD410N spares by Micropaq are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
