Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Microswitch-Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Metropolitan-Lighting parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Micron product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Microswitch-Honeywell such as the 51ML1E1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 777683 manufactured by Metropolitan-Lighting and we are pleased to be able to service most Metropolitan-Lighting systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 733256 by Manufacturer Micron as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Metropolitan-Lighting Brand N850909 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Measurement such as MTL2315A equipment made by Measurement have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Measurement products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Measurement" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available URM100CC made by Micro-Controle as well as the popular RPS409A80IS original spares produced by Migatron
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 9822H1124124013N by Midwest and MTL2315A spares by Measurement are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
