Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lust products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mectron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mavilor product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lust such as the CDE34003C20 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RW80 manufactured by Mectron and we are pleased to be able to service most Mectron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BLS73 by Manufacturer Mavilor as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Matrox Brand XCL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Megamat such as 10073901 equipment made by Megamat have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Megamat products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Megamat" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 2220118 made by Manufacturer-Unknown as well as the popular 118401 original spares produced by Magnetic
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M50026905 by Madison and 10073901 spares by Megamat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GT300 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Matrox.
