Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Lighthouse IPC V1.10 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Line-Tool products, including obsoleted and phased-out Linix parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Load-Controls product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Line-Tool such as the ALHFF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 55ZY2415 manufactured by Linix and we are pleased to be able to service most Linix systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SPFR1500R1 by Manufacturer Load-Controls as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Link-Belt Brand PLB6847H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lineage-Power such as CC109143483 equipment made by Lineage-Power have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S1747L532D by Allen-Bradley and CC109143483 spares by Lineage-Power are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LA281SRB45024001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Linak.
