Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sharp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nais parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Omega product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sharp such as the JW20CM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PMH10MDC24V manufactured by Nais and we are pleased to be able to service most Nais systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CN130JF by Manufacturer Omega as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Omron Brand CJ1MCPU11 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Shawmut such as A6K125R equipment made by Shawmut have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Shawmut products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Shawmut" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 110CPU61203 made by Modicon as well as the popular ZVT7BF023865 original spares produced by Siemens
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HIATB01FAULT01 by Pepperl+fuchs and A6K125R spares by Shawmut are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MSBX900W Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Matrox.
