Koyo Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Koyo DV-1000 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Koyo DV-1000 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the DV-1000 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our DV-1000 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Leeson products, including obsoleted and phased-out L.t.m. parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Leeson product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Leeson such as the 107029 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SWT manufactured by L.t.m. and we are pleased to be able to service most L.t.m. systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 17429 by Manufacturer Leeson as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Kuka Brand 71051669 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lam-Research such as 81009975013 equipment made by Lam-Research have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lam-Research products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lam-Research" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 751013 by Leece-Neville and 81009975013 spares by Lam-Research are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
