Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Krones products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kraus parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Krom product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Krones such as the Cp304 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5298021 manufactured by Kraus and we are pleased to be able to service most Kraus systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PFF618 by Manufacturer Krom as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Krom Brand UVS8Z in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kuroda such as 3210RKB equipment made by Kuroda have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kuroda products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kuroda" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available M4AAT made by K-tek as well as the popular SE502 original spares produced by Krauss-Maffei
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TC4101T by Krom and 3210RKB spares by Kuroda are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R01W Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Koyo.
