Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kessler-ellis MMI8056 / MMI-8056 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Una-Dyn products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Omron product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Una-Dyn such as the PCB032 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NT620CST142B manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NT620CST141E by Manufacturer Omron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Allen-Bradley Brand PN14186 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Total-Control such as QPK2D100L2P equipment made by Total-Control have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Total-Control products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Total-Control" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available S7830A1005 made by Honeywell as well as the popular OT2020 original spares produced by Siemens

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MPCKT22NAX20N by Schneider and QPK2D100L2P spares by Total-Control are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
