Our services for the Intoximeter ALCO-SENSOR include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the ALCO-SENSOR if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Johnford-Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Johannes-Heidenhain parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ite product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Johnford-Fanuc such as the VPA201B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ROD1424002900K1 manufactured by Johannes-Heidenhain and we are pleased to be able to service most Johannes-Heidenhain systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CRHOJVD by Manufacturer Ite as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Kavo Brand 4422 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Invertek such as ODP242753HF4NSN equipment made by Invertek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Invertek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Invertek" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available C101209 made by Joy-Westinghouse as well as the popular E867802 original spares produced by Juki
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PC07C5 by Isi and ODP242753HF4NSN spares by Invertek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
