Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the International IQ-350 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Itc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Introl parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ion-Tech product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Itc such as the UATC15 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SLIM05RA manufactured by Introl and we are pleased to be able to service most Introl systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6400003 by Manufacturer Ion-Tech as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Intertron Brand 401SCR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ifm such as IS3004BPKGIS5070 equipment made by Ifm have been added to our featured items. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
