Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ipd-Automation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ise parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Irt product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ipd-Automation such as the KMFS52661 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CU20045SCPBT23A manufactured by Ise and we are pleased to be able to service most Ise systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1310RACK by Manufacturer Irt as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Invertek-Optidrive Brand ODP2240503HF42SN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Japax such as CPU02C equipment made by Japax have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Japax products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Japax" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available WB2 made by Jdsu as well as the popular PE502T01 original spares produced by Jlem
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RP133 by Jennings and CPU02C spares by Japax are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 300MXA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Issc.
