Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Horiba AS5-CO parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ifm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Melles-Griot parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Measurement product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ifm such as the O2IROSGDRS232E1E2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3222HPC manufactured by Melles-Griot and we are pleased to be able to service most Melles-Griot systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P981010403M0 by Manufacturer Measurement as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Ingersoll-Rand Brand 93817781B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Leuze such as CPR501350bT1 equipment made by Leuze have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LB70 by Keyence and CPR501350bT1 spares by Leuze are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SRD100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keyence.
