Helm Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Helm LC-100T and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Helm LC-100T include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the LC-100T if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our LC-100T repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hitachi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hewlett-Packard parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Hirata product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hitachi such as the REMMAH spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 214B manufactured by Hewlett-Packard and we are pleased to be able to service most Hewlett-Packard systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ARWL180CL3S300D1 by Manufacturer Hirata as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Hitachi Brand JISC4004JP44 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hertner such as X106029A equipment made by Hertner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hertner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hertner" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 985210213 made by Hima as well as the popular HIZACP250ECPEDR original spares produced by Hitachi
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E601T36A by Hengstler and X106029A spares by Hertner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
