Hanlo Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Hanlo COLUMN and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Hanlo COLUMN include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the COLUMN if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our COLUMN repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hepco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Harland-Simon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Hireco product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hepco such as the 35AX06SP900 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the H4893P470 manufactured by Harland-Simon and we are pleased to be able to service most Harland-Simon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TC640 by Manufacturer Hireco as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Hauni Brand 76435100001SA786 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hengstler such as RI59O equipment made by Hengstler have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hengstler products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hengstler" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 533839 made by Hengstler as well as the popular HVB054 original spares produced by Hevi-rail
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the OYDES by Hirschmannde-s and RI59O spares by Hengstler are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 25004016 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Heidenhain.
