Genband Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Genband 3EM and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Genband 3EM include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the 3EM if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our 3EM repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates.
