Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Valcor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vector parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Valmet product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Valcor such as the S1140237 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 509401V manufactured by Vector and we are pleased to be able to service most Vector systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IOP330 by Manufacturer Valmet as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Veeder-Root Brand 793005232 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Varmec such as RCV252P equipment made by Varmec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Varmec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Varmec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FRS50T80A2 made by Varvel as well as the popular 108278001 original spares produced by Varian
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B17CC by Utsih-b17cc and RCV252P spares by Varmec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
