Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Entegris ES-1C-CA-03 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Futek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Groupe-Schneider-Hyde-Park product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Futek such as the D522 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A02B0303K150A87L00010215001GB manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SM191 by Manufacturer Groupe-Schneider-Hyde-Park as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Fanuc Brand EO4526010003 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Flo-tronics such as L400E equipment made by Flo-tronics have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 350EB20000001 by Force-Control and L400E spares by Flo-tronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
