Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Elastogran TYPE: RO-2 / PDPI/11DTI parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Elau products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electric-Actuator-Co parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Electra product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Elau such as the PMC21108000000411010K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SMX03 manufactured by Electric-Actuator-Co and we are pleased to be able to service most Electric-Actuator-Co systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 38M by Manufacturer Electra as well.

Spare units by Electro-numerics such as MR1JHHLC equipment made by Electro-numerics have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ACI112P952 by Electro-Numerics and MR1JHHLC spares by Electro-numerics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
