Eaton Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Eaton XVS and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Eaton XVS include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the XVS if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our XVS repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Electrocraft products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eaton-Cutler-Hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Elitech product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Electrocraft such as the MAX400 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SVX07A1 manufactured by Eaton-Cutler-Hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Eaton-Cutler-Hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PMS11 by Manufacturer Elitech as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Emerson Brand 075U3D300CARAA075140 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Elox such as U057527 equipment made by Elox have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 190U3C305JARAA215320 made by Emerson as well as the popular 12P4684X032 original spares produced by Emerson
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F4050QK00AA by Electrocraft and U057527 spares by Elox are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
